I am a recent graduate of architecture and real estate programs. I have been introduced to numerous experiences and challenges that come with architecture and the development field at large to get a true 360 degree understanding of how a building happens. I have pursued my coursework to learn more about real world design and development, digital design, and also had an opportunity to travel the world with the Paris Program. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, several Autodesk programs including AutoCad, Revit, and 3DS Max. Additionally, I am LEED certified as a green associate

Intern for corporate design office for Avis and Budget car rental facilities. Duties include preparation of drawings for corporate approval, analysis of working drawings for corrections and/or changes, conceptual planning of new facilities, 3d renderings, development of automatic generation of lot signage via autolisp and Autocad.

Assistant to commercial office/industrial real estate broker in South Florida area. Duties included comparable sales research, posting properties, re-formatting and updating client property information.

Interned for the partner of a real estate developer in Chicago. Duties included graphic design, editing of development proposals, due diligence on potential properties, research of comparable properties, and site/property photography. Resigned to pursue master's degree.

Worked with other students on campus to found a service organization to provide energy efficient upgrades to local churches and other not for profit organizations. Organized and planned volunteer trainings and site audits, as well as lead teams during service work days.
