I am an urbanist committed to uniting experience, community and environment – in both buildings and neighborhoods.
With a strong balance between imaginative design and practical experience, I know that the heart of each project is its ability to empower the public and celebrate their aspirations for a better spatial experience. I see architecture as a social art and I'm fascinated with culture, our networked cities, and meaning making in the digital age.
Outside of architecture, you may find me gardening, cooking with uncommon ingredients, or handcrafting live-culture beverages like an IPA or a ginger ale. It’s this desire to create by synthesizing traditional cultural practices with contemporary processes that drives my approach to the art and craft of architecture.
