Montecito Property Company, Design Coordinator
Identified as nation’s largest condominium developer in 2005. Montecito successfully acquired, rehabilitated and converted over 30 properties (approximately 6,000 units) during my employment. Worked my way from intern, design assistant to design coordinator. As company grew, design began in house " and I became responsible for furnishing and accessorizing clubhouses and more than 100 model units.
Responsible for all aspects of design from construction to model merchandising; traveled extensively throughout country including trip to Highpoint market. Worked with budgets, managed inventory and prepared expense reports.
