Interest in high-rise construction: During my graduate education, I geared my coursework towards high-rise design and construction, taking classes in Practice and Technology Option, under the direction of Dr. Michael K. Kim. I furthered my interests in high-rise design by taking several other courses with the design chair, Paul J. Armstrong, including an independent study into super-core design for super-tall buildings.

Real-world limitations understanding: I took Construction Management courses within the College of Engineering, including Cost Analysis, Scheduling, and Construction Execution and Administration to further comprehend construction means and methods.
