I would consider myself an artist first and foremost. I like to draw and paint different things. As for architecture, I would say my favorite architect is Frank Lloyd Wright. His work was a balance between the abstract and the conventional. Personally I'm not a big fan of modern architecture because its a little odd for my taste. However, I am interested in fabrication of new curtain new curtain wall systems that have kinetic functions. At the moment I am a senior student at NYCCT in Brooklyn and I am looking for an internship or a part-time job as a drafter to gain some hands on experience.

At City Tech we focus on design but there is also emphasis on practical applications. All students are required to take classes in drafting construction documents. In addition there are required classes in Structures, where we calculate loads and design stable structures. There are also elective classes that focus on architectural software and sustainability.
