I am a licensed Architect with extensive experienced in construction and owners representation work.  As such, I am in an unusual position to wear many hats as an employee.  These varieties of experiences enable me to evaluate design and construction issues and to make an informed decision from many points of view.

Job entailed work from initial design, to design development and regulatory approval, construction documents, construction bid, construction administration through final certificate of occupancy. I ran several teams running 3 hotels (ground up), 1 hotel (renovated)2 residential condominiums, and an office conversion to office condominiums.

Within the Housing Program for Columbia, I wa sprimarily responsible for planning, design and construction for all new residential developments outside the McKim, Mead & White Campus. I also undertook renovation projects for the the existing McKim, Mead and White dormitories.
