In 2006, I made the decision to defer for a year from design school. For the next 5 years I found myself helping in disaster relief efforts, quick builds, traveling and learning about Architecture’s impact through the eyes of the locals. I was able to work side by side with experienced Architects and Engineers from around the world during this time, which is where I acquired needed skills to begin my career in Architecture. Now with over 12 years of experience in Architecture and Engineering, I am well on my way into licensure as well as pursuing LEED credentials. I am passionate about making a difference in our communities, which is driven by both my love for humanity and for design. I believe in Architecture’s power to enhance life and I am eager to join a firm that has a similar belief.
