• Renovation of Two-Floors of a Four-Floors Historical Old Solid Building in Center of the Capital City Sofia: Provided key aesthetic and creative insight into the interior renovation of a historical building into offices. Guided the renovation of same building.
• Four Floor Hotel in a Mountain Hotel Complex in Mountain Rila: Served as the Project Architect/Job Captain for the design and construction of renovation old historical building into modern mountain hotel with a lot recreate spaces in country style.
• Shopping Center KINTEX: Created design for a 6728sg/ft.(two floors) building as the project’s job Captain. Designed  boutique interior for the shopping center. Received  the 1993 AIA(Bulgaria) Exterior and Interior Design Award for a professional excellence for Shopping Center KINTEX.

    a 44 800sg/ft.(eight  floors) apartments building with garages and basements as

    the project’s job Captain.
