About

I am a recent graduate from the interior design department at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Currently, I am looking for a job in the Interior Design industry, where my true passion lies. I believe in designing to make a difference, be that through understanding the way people use a space to improve productivity or healing, or in making a space more sustainable to improves one's quality of their experience in that space.

After graduation, I took my education a step further by attaining my goal of becoming a LEED Green Associate.  I therefore understand the importance of considering all aspects of a project—the people, the planet, and the profit—to ensure its success and ability to stand the test of time.  With this knowledge I am able bring a fresh and valuable perspective to any company or firm that I work with.

I have recently moved to Brooklyn to further pursue career opportunities.  I am currently freelancing for for a graphic design and exhibitions company, where in the past, I have been involved in the majority of the departments at the company, from design and project managing, to graphics and installations. I truly enjoy being involved in and understanding all aspects of a job, as well as staying busy, so this type of work is ideal for me at the moment. I have also gained valuable customer service and hospitality skills through work as a retail sales associate, and as a hospitality specialist at a restaurant.
I am always eager to continue learning as much as possible about the interior design and architecture industry, and to get out there and make a difference through design.
