I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture. As I designer, I like to work in layers: starting with a solid concept or base, and then developing the ideas until the project naturally evolves into a completed product. I believe that a good design doesn't need to be complicated, but rather effectively carried out. Through developing the technique of basic graphic or spatial principles, it is possible to express and create far more than a more complex design in which the primary objectives may be lost.
