Selected Projects:

• Element LA – West Los Angeles, California
Served as Project Designer for a building located within Element LA, which is an adaptive reuse
of a formerly abandoned industrial complex, turned creative workplace campus. SD to CD
drawings developed via Revit. Coordinated with building owners, future tenants, and
subcontractors regularly to ensure the fast-track project was completed on schedule.
Construction to begin in June, 2014.

• The Parisian Cotai Resort & Casino – Macau, China
Designed retail storefronts for Parisian themed shopping center in Revit. The ornately detailed
storefronts required advanced knowledge of creating Revit Families and BIM modeling, along
with built-in options and adjustable parameters.

• Assisted with the interior layout design of arrival and departure levels of LAX Terminals 2 & 7.
Created a finish/material scheme for the ticketing, baggage, and public restrooms (including
wall & floor coverings, tile patterns, millwork finishes, paint, and design of signage/graphic
elements). Digitally modeled interiors (including fixtures, and furnishings) in Rhino, and created
perspective renderings (post-edited in Photoshop) for final presentation material.

Selected Project:

• Imagine Broadcasting - Burbank, CA
As project designer, I created the SD set/Test Fit and a Full CD set for a tenant-improvement of
the former Netflix Office. Created a new layout and finish scheme, and working along with a project
manager, I coordinated the design & construction with client company, the end-users, the furniture
vendor, and the construction team to complete this fast-track project on time and on budget.

• Additional projects completed: Twitter (Santa Monica), Equinox Gyms (Glendale), AECOM
(Portland & San Diego), and Verizon (West LA).

Freelance Architectural Designer – Offered consulting and contract based design services.
Selected Projects:

• Completed full design/build construction permit set for a mosque/community center in
Germantown, MD. The project was designed in Revit based on the principal architect's schematic
drawings. Additionally, as a LEED accredited professional, I assisted in the green design strategy in an effort to meet or exceed current municipal sustainable building codes. Currently working on presentation and marketing materials.

Selected Projects:

• Dulles Jet Center Reconstruction - Hangar Design/Build – Completion Date: October 31st 2011
Primarily responsible for the production of all design/build construction documents through Revit
modeling and drafting. Completed initial site survey of existing conditions, assisted with UL, ADA,
MEP review and Airport Authority code compliance. Regularly coordinated with the client,
structural, MEP, exterior steel subcontractors to ensure overall design integrity.

Selected Projects:

• King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Campus Master plan (Planned)
Assisted in concept design and programmatic studies of adjacent residences and community facilities.
Researched and developed sustainable design strategies for LEED Platinum project.

• Al Reem Island - Abu Dhabi, UAE - Mixed-use office building (Planned)
Developed several concept study models of the office building, and created the final digital model for
use as Revit model, Ecotect analysis, 3D printing, and final rendering. Coordinated with the environmental
design team and landscape architects.

• Oqyana - The World Islands - Dubai, UAE - Large scale community development (Planned)
Drafting of initial plans in AutoCAD and developing Revit BIM model to be used in construction document
phase. Responsible for design refinements of hotel and dining facilities.

• The Mabarak Center - Lahore, Pakistan - Mixed-us towers (Under Construction)
Drafting of construction documents, including elevations, wall sections, and floor plans. 3D modeling
of interior spaces and façade treatment.
