Designed and created Construction drawings for a new modular home concept from container homes according
to IRC and IBC 2021 codes, and pulled specifiations for the materials and appliances that will used in the newly
prefabricated house.
• Planned and designed a new residential house from the proposed design of the container home, through
delivering, installing, and retrofitting two containers on the lot to meet the building and city zoning regulations.
• Planned and designed a platted subdivision proposed re-zoning project from R3 to R4 while taking into
consideration the city of Atlanta, GA zoning regulations. Subdivided lots are designed with entry features and
green shared areas for future residents.

Planned and designed mixed-use building according to Saudia Arabia regulations and taking into consideration
sustainability and waste management along with achieving all requirements for Fire Protection increasing the
client satisfaction rate by 30%.
• Led design teams of 10 architects, proudcing innovative solutions across multiple projects with the total of
200,000 sq ft considered of 2 resedential and 5 mixed use buildings along with creating Revit templaltes and
families for the whole project, cooridnating the BIM workflow and creating Revit training course resulting in the
reduction of the working hours by 20%

Created and managed the workflow of building construction starting with designing and planing and finally
submitting the project. Leading a team of 5 architects to issue the design permits adhering to quality control and
industry standards reducing the permit submission time by 70%.
• Connected Revit with excel sheets in order to create a bill of quantities, while coordinating with other teams to
make sure the project is submitted within its scope, also turned the BIM environment into a productive and
collaborative environment.
• Site supervision, client and vendor meetings done on weekly basis reduced the scope creep by 30% and
increased the project deliverables accpetance rate by 20%.
