The past two summers, I have worked as a Lighting Design Intern at two prominent firms, where I gained hands-on experience in designing innovative and energy-efficient lighting systems for a variety of projects. During these internships, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to create designs that balanced aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Beyond technical skills, I honed my ability to translate conceptual ideas into actionable design solutions, conducted site assessments, and ensured compliance with industry standards. My work often focused on integrating cutting-edge technologies, such as dynamic daylighting and smart control systems, to enhance user experience while promoting energy efficiency.
