Architect graduated from UPC- ETSAV in 1989, and Founder of BCQ Architects in 1995. Professor of Construction at the Catalonia International University  School of Architecture ESARQ-UIC since 1999, he has also been invited to give lectures and participate as guest professor in main Catalonia Schools of Architecture and abroad such as the South Anahuac University in Mexico City and the Facoltà di Architettura di Alghero in Sardinia (Italy). Among his recognitions stand out  the First Prizes 2014 Ciutat de Barcelona and 2015 Catalunya Construcció Awards for the Joan Maragall Library in Sant Gervasi, as well as the 2013 MIPIM Award for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in North Maresme (Barcelona). His built work includes the Marina Port Forum Barcelona 2004, the Sports Hall in Olot (Girona), the Social Security Office Building in Old City of Barcelona, and the Pilarin Bayés Library in Vic, winner of the 2023 Jury and Public votation Archello Library of the Year Awards.
