Led the design and development team at an ornamental metal subcontractor specializing in custom metalwork such as stairs, feature walls, storefronts, and canopies. Clients have included, Olson Kundig, Diller & Scoffidio, Rockwell Group, STUDIOS Architecture, DDG, Turner Construction, and Gilbane Construction. Roles involved coordinating detailing with design team, developing parametric 3d models, and creating drawing deliverables for fabrication and installation.

Began as an apprentice in the finishing department at an ornamental metal subcontractor specializing in custom metal stairs for private homes. Responsibilities included hand sanding/finishing high end stair components, processing part cut lists, as well as assembling and installing finished metalwork. In early ‘14, I began creating all shop drawings for the company in Autocad and created the individual cut files for the CNC lathe and waterjet.
STUDIOS Architecture, New York, NY, US, Junior Designer
Time was split between a pre-graduation 6 month internship in San Francisco and post-graduate employment at their Manhattan office. As part of various teams, both experiences explored the full scope of traditional architectural deliverables. Projects ranged from a schematic design set for a new residence in India to a full construction document/bid package for a lobby and roof renovation for a high rise in Manhattan.
