Create 3D renderings & animations to visualize proposed designs to potential clients and competitions. To work on construction, tender and submission drawings throughout different phases. Tasked to liaise with different consultations among the construction team and to hold consultant meetings and site coordination. To prepare tender documents and drawings, carpentry drawings and other different variety of tasks whenever required.
