Project 03: Facade Redevelopment of the Nayapura Street:
● Conducted site surveys adhering to National Building Codes and Government regulations
● Created renovation and culturally accentuated sketches based on redevelopment scheme of the government
● Developed multiple floor plans, sections, elevations and detailed documents of the redevelopment proposal of the street
Project 04: Oxyzone Park:
● Designed architectural elements and their placement positions for installation across a 100-acre park in the city as per the government development scheme
● Assisted in building a 1:1000 metric scale physical model of the project
● Researched tropical and horticultural aspects to determine suitable plantation for the designated areas, assisted landscaping team to map and contour of the terrain using computer aid applications
● Developed the final master plan with urban integrations
● Drafted over 125 architectural plans, sections, elevations and construction details of multiple segments of the project
● Outlined Regular site visits with the team and performed blueprint inundation as required for structural construction on the site
