I managed a team of 5 people on a moderate rehabilitation project on 7 NYCHA buildings, which totaled over 400 units.The work included: new kitchens and bathrooms, renovation of public areas, facade repairs, roof repairs, and new amenity spaces. I also managed a 42 unit building. This was also a moderate rehabilitation project which included a new ramp and stair for the building entrance, new kitchens and bathrooms and renovation of public areas. New UFAS units were also included in the work for all projects.
