Capital Planning division  within DC Public Library (DCPL) enables the planning and execution of capital projects including new construction, raze and rebuilds, facility renovations/retrofits. Beyond traditional design and construction responsibilities of an owner’s rep, we also support the agency’s commitment to climate change mandates and building energy performance.
