About

I am a recent graduate and QuestBridge Scholar of the University of Pennsylvania where I received a B.A. in Cognitive Science (concentration in computation and cognition) and Minor in Architecture. My areas of greatest interest are sustainable architecture, real estate, and sustainable design. I look to earn my Master of Arts in Architecture, as well as higher education in the real estate realm where I can work to bridge real estate practice with the most crucial demands of architectural designers. I have held positions in graphic design, communications, logistics, and finance.

Currently focused on transitioning my career to the European Union, I am dedicated to maintaining a strong professional network between the United States and EU. I am passionate about innovative design and research, and am seeking opportunities to contribute to professional projects that cultivate cross-continental collaborations that drive impactful contributions to both the US and EU landscapes.

This role, my federal work-study job, was within the Department of Francophone, Italian, and Germanic Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, US, Chair of Finance, QuestBridge Scholars' Network

The QuestBridge Scholars' Network of the University of Pennsylvania is an organization responsible for organizing and supporting QuestBridge Scholars each year at the University. As the chair of finance, I budgeted over $2,000 of organization funds on a yearly and event-to-event basis to execute social and financial literacy events. This required attending routine student government meetings to negotiate and obtain thousands of dollars funding for our 400+ member organization.

Education

University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, US, Bachelors, Cognitive Science, Architecture

I was admitted and attended the University of Pennsylvania as a QuestBridge Scholar, a program geared towards funding and supporting the enrollment of low-income, high-achieving students across the United States with top institutions.
At Penn, I pursued a Bachelor's of Arts in Cognitive Science with a Minor in Architecture. My primary focus was always on architecture, but with integrating principles of cognitive science--primarily spatial and perceptual studies--to design with a true focus on human experience and behavior. My work in cognitive science also gave me crucial experience in graphic design, marketing, and UX/IX design.

Awards

Eagle Scout Honor, Award

As an Eagle Scout, I completed numerous rigorous requirements that only 5% of Boy Scouts achieve. This includes an intricate community service project that required me to budget and fundraise over $2,000 to design and build a trophy case for my high school's highly-successful performing arts organizations. I also completed 32 merit (skill-focused) badges, held leadership positions within my troop, and completed the badge by undergoing an extensive board of review and conference with regional Boy Scout officials.
