Haley is a recent architecture graduate from the University of Michigan. She is passionate about space making and community and dreams of combining all of her skills by creating spaces that foster connection. Her previous career in the culinary arts were formative as it taught her the importance of precision, creativity, and teamwork - something that translates well into the world of architecture. This unique combination of experience allows her to understand aesthetic appeal and functionality. She is excited to take this knowledge and apply it in an architectural setting.

At Midwest Common, my internship included shadowing meetings with clients, organizing FF&E, digital modeling through SketchUp as well as researching and curating designs for business interiors.

During my internship at undecorated, I spent the majority of my time model making for various projects. Other work included taking measurements on a few sites, drawing elevations in AutoCAD and contributing to a lighting study.
