After 15 years of working for a commercial design-build firm in Denham Springs, Louisiana, I founded Kern Architects in November of 2019.  I have a passion for becoming a true "partner" for my clients ensuring that their project will result in a net positive for their organization or their family.  I am a self-professed "numbers guy" which I'm aware is not typical for most Architects.  I create and maintain highly detailed project budget for my clients that look at all costs that go into a project, no just construction costs.  I value strong relationships with high quality general contractors.  Projects are frankly just more fun when the construction period feels more like a partnership and less like a battle.
