Hello!
My name is Griffith Humphrey and I am an aspiring Architect. I am a recent graduate of the Hillier College of Architecture and Design. First and foremost, as an employee, I am a culture builder. Throughout my time at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and throughout my career thus far, I worked with all levels of the space's specific hierarchy to generate positive interaction and communication in an effort to create a successful environment for both personal and professional growth. The direct outcome of this can often be seen in quality of work and through the general morale of the population.
On a smaller scale, I strive to create as efficient of a workflow as possible through a combination of excellent program knowledge in combination with a deep understanding of all limiting factors for any design problem that may arise. The combination of a positive culture on a large scale and a series of efficient workflows on a smaller scale can see productivity and morale rise to unprecedented heights.
