I am Nicolás Voiro, a passionate and enthusiastic 29-year-old architect with experience in various projects. My passion for design and architecture is reflected in my commitment to each project, always seeking to innovate and learn. I consider myself creative, versatile, and dedicated, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

TEACHING During my university period, I was a teaching assistant in the subjects of Construction Systems and Form and Communication with Digital Media. Later, for six years, I worked as an adjunct professor in the subject of Design, sharing my knowledge and experiences with new students.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING For the past year and a half, I have been working at OON Architecture as part of the design team, in addition to serving as Project and BIM Manager on large-scale projects. In this role, I have led and coordinated multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex and high-quality projects.

Simultaneously, for the past eight months, I have been working through Better Pros for the architecture firm Sven Lavine Architecture in San Francisco. In this position, I develop the SD, CD, and DD phases using the Archicad program, contributing to the creation of innovative and functional projects through the BIM methodology.

Previously, I was invited to work at MMCV Studio to lead projects, but I ultimately decided not to join their team and instead joined OON Architecture.

From 2018 to 2023, I was the principal and designer at my own architecture firm, ARCH, where I developed multiple residential, commercial, and office projects. This role allowed me to apply my knowledge in BIM management and explore new trends and technologies in the field of architecture.

Additionally, since 2017, I have participated in project development and competitions with Urbana Obras, and through them, I have worked in collaboration with RDR Architects Studio, contributing my experience and creativity to each of the projects I have participated in.

Simultaneously, from 2017 to 2022, I worked as a designer and freelance renderer for MKT Rosario Studio, where I also managed the construction of a building on the AFA premises.

In my early professional years, I worked as a designer and renderer for Alfie - Rios Arquitectas and for the construction company DES Service. These experiences provided me with a solid foundation in presentation preparation and architectural project development.
