Ridgeline Construction HSV, Inc. is owned and operated by Terry and Lauren Marsh. Terry had an extensive background as a residential home building superintendent prior to founding Ridgeline Construction.

 She worked for builders in Florida and Alabama during his time in this position. Lauren left her career as a homemaker and dance teacher to see the vision through, and she is now the company's president. Because she had also worked for a local homebuilder, it was a field she was eager to enter again. Since partnering with her husband, Lauren has acquired an Alabama Homebuilders License, an Alabama General Contractors License, a Florida Certified Roofing Contractors License, a Mississippi Residential Builders License, and a Tennessee Contractors License.
