My name is Monty Gunnell, and I have recently completed my second year at the University of Oregon, majoring in Architecture. I grew up in Brooklyn and am here for the summer. My two most recent studios have included designing a performing arts center in Downtown Portland, Oregon, and a community hall and pavilion at Dexter Reservoir in Lowell, Oregon.

Planned a six week syllabus for 200 students per week focusing on intriguing, engaging, safe and hands-on Science experiments. Taught four classes a day for groups of students ranging from age 3 to 13 and provided age-appropriate steps and support throughout. Managed acquiring materials, set-up and clean-up for a variety of experiments each day to ensure engagement from everyone. Partnered with camp counselors to ensure participation from all students.
