Hello, this is Kingsley.
I have had on-site managing experience and on-going experience with small private residential developments, I am granted the ability to demonstrate persistence and independence in my workflow.
I have constantly been exposed to DOB disciplines and plan examinations, and also many application filing processes that relate to FDNY, DEP ( Site / Cross connection design ), DOB ( MEP design ), condominium plan, etc.
In addition, I am excellent in hand sketches and very confident in computer drafting given my attention to details. With my technical skills such as but not limited to AutoCad, Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, Adobe suite and various rendering software.
Nonetheless, I have a strong interest in pursuing an architectural license due to my liking and tolerance of both being in the field and an office setting.
