About

During my academic journey at the Rochester Institute of Technology, I specialized in the study of community resilience. My thesis, which involved an in-depth review of academic journals, codes, and standards related to temporary emergency shelters for natural disasters, reinforced my belief that resilience in the built environment can be a solution to community challenges.

As a holder of a Master of Architecture degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a LEED Green Associate credential, I’ve developed a strong expertise in computer modeling and meticulous attention to detail. This was further honed during my internship at Wegmans Food Markets, where I played a significant role in the design and production of construction documents for remodel projects, mastering tools such as Revit and Bluebeam Revu.

In my role as the Director of Social Media at AIA Rochester, I had the opportunity to merge my design skills with strategic communication. I coordinated content publication and built relationships with local architecture firms. My approach to any project is to incorporate sustainability, innovation, and efficiency, aligning with the organization’s culture and contributing a diverse perspective.
