I am currently a Real Estate Sales Associate with Douglas Elliman with an architecture and design background looking to expand my interest in architecture and development in New York.
Over the past year I have worked with Julie Jones of Douglas Elliman Fort Lauderdale understanding the South Florida and New York markets in great depth, growing my business through residential real estate. I’m excited to continue my journey by implementing the skills I have acquired as both an architectural designer and realtor. There are three traits that define me for a potential position in your firm:
First, I’ve always had a strong passion for the built environment. Through my years in architecture school and working at Scot Distefano Architect, I strived to produce the most compelling projects through deep analysis of context and site. I have great knowledge of architectural structures and concepts through the technical work I produced for Scot Distefano in the form of construction documents. My ability to create visuals and graphics is also extremely advanced, having completed countless projects from 3D model phase to final render phase. My graphic design ability, primarily using Adobe Creative Cloud, has also immensely improved through constant output of marketing content in my businesses.
Second, as a business owner and realtor in the South Florida market, I have a passionate, entrepreneurial drive for success. In my first start-up business, Lunu Labs, I empowered our team to successfully launch and sell streetwear essentials through marketing campaigns via social media and events. As a realtor I understand market trends and continually keep up with research in real estate throughout South Florida and New York with the Douglas Elliman team.
Finally, I’m excited to collaborate with a New York based firm to continue the rich tradition of architecture in the city. It has been my ultimate objective to design and develop unique spaces that add to the life of its inhabitants. In the current market, it is vital to produce places that adapt and foster people for generations to come. I believe that New York is the prime example of this and is a place I am excited to contribute to.
