Actively contributed to the design and development (DD & CD) phases under project manager’s direction. Review client’s design set, draft construction document set and provide solutions to building code issues.

- John Lobb Fifth Avenue Store (Completed Winter 2023):
Comprehensive involvement spanning all project phases, from landmark package, early survey, design development (DD) to construction documents (CD), bidding, and construction administration (CA), including doing final punchlist in a three-person-team.

- 5-Floor Hermès Office Space on Fifth Avenue (Completed January 2023)
Drove the design of the Hermès office space, aligning it with the client’s aspiration for an elevated environment while meeting their specific functional and workshop requirements. Led successful design coordination with client, ensuring its seamless progression. Employed a multifaceted approach, including creating digital collages, 3D modeling, and renders, as part of client presentations for the design phase. Took responsibility in as early as surveying the space, completing CD drawings, reviewing shop drawings, and weekly on-site CA until completion in a three-person-team.
