Coordinate with consultants such as structural engineer, civil engineer, MEP engineer, land use attorney, planner and general contractors, interior designers & Independent Subcontractors.

Assisted project manager with site surveying of various properties and photographing existing conditions. Drew the plumbing, electrical, sprinkler and mechanical floor plans as well as the riser diagrams for various rehab projects for single and multiple dwelling units.
