My name is Karim Bennis and I have recently relocated to San Diego in search of new opportunities. I was previously at a firm out of Santa Barbara named AB Design Studio where I worked for 4.5 years, 2 of which were in a remote capacity. My experience at AB was fantastic and I learned so much more than I could have hoped for. Through my time there, I worked directly with Project Managers, Captains, and Architects on Single family residential, multi-family residential, Hospitality, and large scale urban development. My participation included work from schematic design to final deliverables, with involvement in every step of the way. I developed a high proficiency in BIM programs and a deep understanding of the process behind getting a building completed.
