Establish, develop and oversee design solutions from test fits through 3-dimensional design concepts, technical details, construction documentation, construction bid analysis and value engineering. In charge of making critical decisions for the client regarding schedules, design integrity, construction quality standards, and budgets throughout the entire project process. Manage project design work flows of design and delivery and organized resources such as staffing and consultants for multiply design teams from 2-20 persons.
