• Participated in the SD phase for a 35,000 SF medical office building with a multi-story parking deck, collaborating with developers to achieve client’s design goals.
• Engaged in the CA phase for the large-scale Fort Worth City Hall, overseeing construction on-site, facilitating smooth communication between contractors and stakeholders, and responding to RFIs.
• Played a pivotal role in the CD phase for two Supportive Housing projects, meticulously developing technical drawings, specifications, and ensuring compliance with FHA, TAS, and building code regulations.
• Took a key role in the DD phase for Texas Tech’s on-campus student housing project, working closely with engineers and interior designers to enhance design aesthetics, material choices, and integrate sustainable features.
