I have 3+ years of experience in exporting various Architectural / MEP shop drawings and +5 years of experience in AutoCAD & Revit designing / drafting using Auto-CAD & Revit software.
I worked in multiple projects: Staff Housing renovations for SO-Inn hotel (Soma
Bay, Egypt), Soma Bay Casino, Mesca Cabana Finishing projects, Mesca 2 villas finishing, Villas: 25 / 27 Bay Central & 101,102,103,104,111,411 Wadi Jebal.
-Providing all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for construction team.
-Conducting quantity surveying for all executed work.
-Raising Requests for information (RFIs) when on-site issues appear.
-Preparing and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders.
-Ensuring that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.
