Hughes Scholarship, 2019-2024, Scholarship
W. Marshall Hughes, his wife Margaret Hughes, and their son W. Marshall Hughes, Jr. established scholarships for graduates of Berks County public and private high schools who major in architecture, literature, music or theatre as full-time students at a college, university or professional school. Scholarships may be renewed, with limitations, in the discretion of the Scholarship Committee.
Honors Program Crown Award, Grant
SOURCE Fellowships and Renée Crown University Honors Program Awards support student-designed and faculty-mentored independent research and creative projects with funding of up to $7,500.
SU Academic Excellence Abroad Grant, Grant
Full-time Syracuse University undergraduate semester program students with a GPA of 3.7 – 4.0 attending a fall or spring semester program will receive an academic excellence award in the following amounts. The award is automatic, based on cumulative GPA as reported at the time of application to the program.
Renee Crown Honors Study Abroad Grant, Grant
Study Abroad Grants provide one-time funding of up to $1,500 to Honors students in good standing with the Honors Program to defray the costs of participating in study abroad programs. Award funds lessen travel expenses associated with travelling to and from the study abroad destination.
Lyman Cornelius Smith Merit Scholarship, 2019-2024, Scholarship
Named for the 19th century industrialist who helped launch the University’s broad-based endeavors in the sciences, the Lyman Cornelius Smith Scholarship is generally awarded to students pursuing study in the sciences, engineering, and mathematics.
