I have been working for 10 years under Project Management in Shang Properties Inc. were I was allowed to handle five projects in the Philippines. Three of the projects are high-end residential high-rise condominiums, one is the luxury Shangri-La Residences and the high-end cinema at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall. I was assigned on Architectural and ID works from the start of the project up to the final turnover of the projects. I also have 6.5 years of experience in AutoCAD encoding as a team leader and 2 years as an instructor for teaching the basic 2D and 3D AutoCAD.

• Reviewing approve drawings and inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities with full coordination with Contractors.

• Assisted the inspection for completed works. Helping prepare punch lists. Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
• In charge on total turnover of the residential units to Property Management including the owners punch list up to the stage of under warranty residential units.
• Perform all other duties given by direct manager.
