Solo developed Grasshopper tools using Human UI to automate
modeling and organization of large scale rock climbing gym
structural members, based upon given design forms.
Tools created consist of modeling layered plywood ribs,
Modeling Steel Midspans and Tiebacks, efficient design
surface cutting, attaching naming convention and layout
organization for sending to CNC shops.
Worked directly with the lead architect to develop tools
and helped produce solutions for automation based on
material availabilities and on-site requirements. Job sites varied
across major United States metropolitan cities.
AMGI Studios, Burbank, CA, US, Houdini Generalist
Created Procedural assets and tools in Houdini for use in Unreal
Engine 5. Developed environments for Unreal Engine using
Maya and Houdini. Created trim sheets in Substance Painter as
well as assets specific textures.
Directed other artists with style guidance as well as software
techniques.
Created FX in Niagara, using sprite sheets made in Houdini and
in-engine Niagara sprite tools, Niagara Baker. FX ranged from
Weapon reaction effects to ambient/static environment effects.
