Project Management: I undertook a franchise retail project in Wembley Park which involved following brand guidelines to provide technical drawings under CDM regulations to realisation within 6 weeks. It involved managing professionals such as local council including building regulation approvals, M&E and lighting consultants. I assisted in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that adhered to health and safety guidelines. To ensure the project's completion, I made regular site visits to assess progress, address any issues, and guarantee that the design intent was realized within the given timeline.

Detail Oriented: I completed a project for Yokogawa Electric Corporation, a Japanese multinational company that wanted to establish its HQ in India in 2023. The brief was to convert two residential apartments, a building floor to an open design commercial space. I collaborated with engineers to understand the structural aspects of the site to design a space reflecting the company’s culture and value to provide flexible and collaborative areas that can be easily reconfigured to suit changing business needs.

Restoration Knowledge: I have acquired significant restoration knowledge through a concept development project for a Grade 1 shell unit in Nottingham, UK. This entailed spatial planning of a galleria featuring an artist workspace and roastery on different mezzanine levels. The project required extensive regulations-market research and the application of construction techniques to ensure that the proposed space did not compromise the integrity of the existing listed building.

Currently,t I am developing showhome concepts for luxury residential real estate properties based in Sussex. I am proficient in key industry softwares such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-ray, Adobe Suite, and 3ds Max. Along with designing I also possess administrative experience which can be beneficial to understand an all-inclusive perspective to a job role
