After welcoming clients to our office, we initiate the project by conducting thorough site visits and taking precise measurements. Subsequently, I transfer the collected data into AutoCAD, where I begin sketching based on the spatial organization chart I meticulously prepared.
Once the initial sketches are complete, I move on to the modeling phase of the project, creating a three-dimensional representation. Throughout this process, I maintain open communication with the client, seeking their input and feedback as needed to ensure their vision aligns with the evolving design.
Upon finalizing the model, I proceed to render the project, adding realistic details and visual elements. This step is crucial in providing the client with a vivid and immersive preview of the proposed design. The rendered project is then presented to the client for their review, and any necessary adjustments are made based on their preferences.
