I'm Tim Stuart, Los Angeles-based residential designer specializing in BIM workflows powered by Autodesk Revit.

After spending 10+ years in the field as a licensed design+build contractor, I recognized that the vast majority of my daily headaches could be traced back to a single, nefarious cause: vague design.  As the mounting delays, cost overruns, and disgruntled clients threatened to capsize my ship, I finally cried out, "THERE'S GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY!!!"
