I believe that prescribing the ecological, social and tectonic parameters of cities, buildings and infrastructure networks can make the world a fundamentally healthier, kinder and more enjoyable place. That is my approach to design.

I have a collaborative, regionally critical, process-based approach to design and an ever-expanding understanding of architectural theory and history which I gained during my BArch at the Manchester School of Architecture.

In practice, I have had more than four years of practical design experience at a diverse set of scales and scopes; public urban regeneration projects, residential architecture and interior design, public park design, clothing design, education institutions, renewable energy solutions and more.  I have delivered schematic, conceptual and technical design packages for a vastly diverse number of projects and have had years of technical site experience.

My collaborative approach to design has helped me cultivate relationships with colleagues, craftsmen, clients, and contractors. I am a flexible architect with the ability and will to learn, conduct thorough research, and provide support for more junior colleagues.
