I worked for 4 years in an architectural firm that was dedicated to residential design, both in additions, remodeling and new construction, as well as obtaining building permits, I have a lot of experience in complying with building requirements, at least in cities in the state of California, as these change depending on each city, my job consisted in collaborating in all stages of the project, including corrections of the plan check, obtaining T-24, building permit by ladbs, and LID plans.
