Hello,

I am a recent graduate of the University of Architecture and Urbanism - Ion Mincu. I studied in the English-language program, which allowed me to acquire a specialized vocabulary. I don't have office experience; however, around my third year of college, I worked at the SMAA office for about a month. It wasn't the official internship period, but I was curious about the day-to-day life of an architect. I also spent time in my mentor's office during the internship, mainly working on my thesis. In the last few years until now, I have been assisting my father in managing his horeca business, gaining experience in dealing with permits from the municipality, urbanism certificates, and ANCPI.

Regarding software, I primarily use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion because I am most proficient in them and they help me save time. I am also familiar with other programs such as Archicad/Revit, 3DsMax + Corona, although not at an advanced level. I've experimented with Rhino, Blender, Maya, and, for rendering, Unreal Engine 5. Besides design software, I am fluent in Photoshop and can navigate MS Office.

I am drawn to the architect profession because it provides the greatest professional satisfaction, offering the opportunity to leave a legacy of objects/places that serve the city and future generations. I love the actual design aspect, not only in architecture but also in fashion, product design, scenography, and video game design.

I am seeking a job that takes me out of my comfort zone. It may sound cliché, but that's what I received when I entered college, and it helped me grow. I am looking for a place where I can learn more about the industry and have the opportunity to visit construction sites.
