Miniature World, New York, NY, US, Model Maker

Miniature World is an immersive gallery experience exhibiting HO-scale architectural models of global landmarks. As part of the New York City team, I was the primary digital designer of the One Astor Plaza model, an icon of Times Square. In this role, I designed and 3D modeled all components comprising the acrylic core, floor plates, LED lights, facade, and 3D printed rooms. I facilitated 3D modeling, organized the schedule for fabrication, and prepared digital assets and physical materials for CNC milling, 3D printing, and laser cutting. In addition, I fabricated a 24" x 24" sample model and completed the photographic documentation of the finished model.
