Led feasibility study for a multi-family apartment project on a 0.68-acre site, creating 10 drawings in Revit to assess scenarios, achieving 20% cost reduction with innovative building solutions.
Enhanced ventilation systems for Nevada City Cohousing, collaborating with engineers to diagnose and fix design flaws, resulting in 15% efficiency improvement and better living conditions.
Conducted 2 design workshops for an 8-unit cohousing project in Washington, producing a 34-page site design program package with 12 technical drawings in Vectorworks and 3 rounds of massing models using InDesign, Revit, and Rhino.
