My name is Buenaventura Olea. I am originally from Spain, where I completed my university studies as an architect in Seville. For the last 10 years I have lived and worked in Germany, where I have developed my professional career as an architect. During this time I discovered my great interest in façades and subsequently specialised as a façade engineer (University of Augsburg).

Actually I am still in Germany and will need a working visa to be able to work in the US.

I have been working as a façade engineer / facade consultant for almost two years now; assisting international architectural firms for the development of construction details for "tender", trying to achieve the best technical solution for the best contemporary architecture possible and dealing with many specialists along the way.

I love working together with architects; understanding the architectural language that they are using, implementing the technique behind the design and achieving the best result of the combination: technique and design.
