At Rockwell Group, my work involved 3D modeling interior architecture and furniture in Rhino and Sketchup, rendering in Enscape, drawing in AutoCAD, sourcing materials, FFE, coordinating with vendors, and writing specifications.
Vocon, Cleveland, OH, US, Interior Design Co-Op
For my second co-op at Vocon, I was directly involved in several commercial interiors projects. My main duties included curating finish palettes, applying materials & tagging furniture in Revit, developing a furniture specification package, and working on a final Design Development package in Indesign.
LDG Architecture, McLean, VA, US, Interior Design Co-Op
The small in-office team consisted of 3 members: myself, the Owner/Architect, and an Interior Designer. Work here involved producing Construction Document Sets for a residential and commercial renovations.
CAD work included drawing plans and elevations for residential, commercial, and government projects.
Vocon, Cleveland, OH, US, Interior Design Co-Op
Assisted interior designers and architects on several corporate interior renovations. Participated in field verifications, record plans in AutoCAD, and several Indesign FF&E presentations as well as design packages. Also assisted with organization and material selection in the materials library.
Outstanding Co-Op Award for Interior Design, Award
I received an award for Outstanding Co-Op Achievement from UC’s College of Cooperative Education and Professional Studies. This award recognizes “exemplary students who take full advantage of co-op as evidenced by performance and advancement in co-op assignments”.
