Aspiring to implement sustainable design to create a regenerative built environment, I hope to contribute to a future where architecture seamlessly coexists with nature. As natural ecosystems are severely impacted by the development of land for human habitation, there exists the potential to create spaces that allow for humans and other living-beings to coexist. Sustainable architecture not only minimizes our ecological footprints and addresses pressing global challenges, such as climate change and resource depletion, but it also promotes healthier and more resilient communities while enhancing the well-being of occupants. Ultimately, I hope to become a designer that contributes to making sustainable architecture more commonplace in our built environment.
