I am the founder and a principal at Private Residence Construction. I lead a company that specializes in building ultra high-end privately commissioned single-family estate and high-rise residential homes - par excellence.

I am highly experienced in this business, where for many years I've been practicing my craft - building private homes. In my role as a principal, while leading the PRC teams of project managers and superintendents, I leverage my exceptional organizational skills and expertise in preconstruction project planning, specialty contractor resource development, cost development and implementation of budget control systems, and timeline development and implementation of schedule control systems. At PRC, we plan our projects, we manage our projects and we build our projects as a team, delivering our collective level of intelligence and attention to each one. All those working under my guidance and direction are enabled to perform at the highest level of building and craftsmanship. These are recognized characteristics of my cool, smart, management style.
